Do you know how many headache types are? Today there are more than 300 types of headache. Almost 99% in the world people have experienced headache. In order to make you easy, headache type essentially two. The first is primary headache and second is secondary headache. In primary category include migraine, tension, basilar migraine and other. In secondary headache are caused by any accident, later it become infection or inflammation through of the brain. Sometime, secondary headache like allergy headache or sinus headache.
The duration of each headache type is different one and another. For instance, in tension you will feel pain in two hours or more and in migraine the pain just in one side. But, if this headache happens in long time, it will cause stressful condition. Because of this factor, someone will suffer lack of sleep. They sleep less of 5 hours per days. If it happens to the pregnant woman, the result usually are sensitive to the light or sound, easy to have weak condition. Meanwhile, they often use drunk in order to get easy to sleep. The treatment of each headache type is also different but simple. They can be medical or manual treatment. For the medical can use aspirin, etc and manual treatment use analgesics.

If you like to eat fruits for your diet, it is necessary to choose the appropriate ones since there are plenty kinds of those that contains high concentrate of acid which are very dangerous for our intestines. Furthermore, tea and coffee is also believed to help to gain a weight loss. Though, coffee and tea is only playing a small role in this matter, but it is worth to try.
